Adjustable calling orders
Once a list has been imported, administrators can specify the order in which they are to be dialed.  Leads that have been called least frequently can be dialed first, or calls that recently resulted in busy signals or answering machines can be given priority.  The order of calls can even be placed based on the number of unsuccessful outreach attempts.
